Does anybody know if it's possible to pull of the video clips from video
games and make into a movie?

You know all those cut scenes they have on PC and Playstation games. I
would like to be able to watch all those cut scenes an once on my Pocket PC.

Thanks,
Jasper

Sure you can - you'll need a fast machine to do it though.

Use a screen capture utility like Softcam or windows media encoder,
define the area of screen you want to capture (usually a window) and
start encoding. Often you'll capture to uncompressed AVI files, and
later compress them for the pocket PC to 320x240 size, eg in windows
media or MPEG4 format.
