Hi, i'm new to water cooling and i want to water cool my rig, i've heard something called tec was excellent, can you guys tell me something about?

It's a very effective means of cooling. I use it for my CPU and my idle temps are below 0 degrees celsius and once in a blue moon it climbs to 1 or 2 degrees celsius under load. However, there is considerable intial expense as specialized tech waterblocks are involved and your water cooling system has to be more effective so as to cool the peltier plate. There is an additional power source needed as well. I've a GPU TEC that I no longer use that always brought my 7900 gtx down to around -17 degree celsius (-14 under load) but the resulting additional heat it added to my cooling loops bothered me so I opted for straight watercooling for the GPU.
