.... what do these strange Ioun-Jaga-stones do, except for eating my other
Ioun stones? And were could i possibly find a blank ioun stone (what do
these do?)

I'm early in the mod, so I'm not sure. But aren't you supposed to be
able
to combine Ioun stones? maybe the Jaga version does that?
