does anybody know a free video-chat program for windows that runs the
newest standards ? (h.263, h.263+, h.264 (Mpeg-4))

right now, i'm using myphone (based on openH323) - is there something
better ?

i only have windows XP.

but i'm also interessted in linux solution - just in case i change one
day.
