I have trouble using my explorer on my pocket PC. I can read e.mail, use
avantgo etc. When I ever I navigate through a page, it shows an error "To
connect to the internet, proxy server needs to be configured" I don't have
a proxy server at my home.

A little more information might be helpful such as model or age of device,
but at a long shot I would suggest that you have an internet connection that
is set up on the device to try to use a proxy. Your other programs might be
using the "work" connection, which does not. To verify go to
Start\Settings\Connections tab\Connections, check out the "tasks" tab for
any connections you have and see if you have an "edit my proxy server"
entry. If so, make sure it is off.
Also, check on Start\Settings\Connections tab\Network card (if you have the
entry)\network adapters tab and see if you have the network card attaching
to "work" or "the Internet" - depending on how your device is configured
one of these may wok for you.
If that isn't it shoot back model info and some kind soul here may have the
answer.
