I have two win2000 server. now one server dont give me the administrative
rights.
means, If I try to add a user I can't create.The message shows you have no
permission to use active directory. I also try to install active directory,
but I can't create. Now my server access only typing the ip address on the
clients system.
pls give me a solution

If you can only access the server by its IP and not by its name then that
indicates a DNS problem. If you have DNS problems then you will also have
authentication problems. Identify and fix the problem with DNS first.
