IE Stops Responding in Terminal Services

We have had this problem happen many times and I can't find a way to fix it.
I have to rebuild my term servers every single time. Basically you can
double click on IE and it will show loading in the task manager but nothing
loads or when you do double click on it it loads and will only sit and
continue to act like it is loading but when you go to task manager it shows
not responding? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am tired of having
to rebuild our servers all the time.

shot in the dark, but have you looked at the local admin account, tsinetuser
to make sure that it's not locked out?
