Not that I know of. A mobo needs to support PCI-E switches to support the 7950. It should just be a bios change but most boards don't support this card.

It may work in multi-monitor mode which is where one gpu is assigned to each monitor, or only one GPU may work, but odds are you won't get the single card SLI solution you're looking for.

Check the Nvidia product page for the 7950 GX2 it lists what Mobos it works on. Also try checking the product page for the Gigabyte 7950 GX2 if it's supported on the DS3 it should list it there.
