Hello,
I was wondering if it is worth the upgrade from an A8N-SLI Deluxe to an A8N32-SLI Deluxe when the DX10 cards come out? I am planning to buy the top of the line nVidia DX10 cards in SLI when they come out. However, I am worried that the 8x lanes will bottle neck the new cards.
I have a s939 4800+ with OCZ Titanium DDR400 2-3-2-5 memory. I would like to squeeze some more life out of the processor and memory before upgrading to a new socket.

Thanks in advance for your help :)

It's not worth the upgrade. If DX10games, and cards need the extra bandwith (highly unlikely), then you can upgrade. Right now, it's just not worth it.

Yeah I wouldn't upgrade to it. I'll try to look it up but they compared a set of Radeon X1900XTX's on different signals (ie PCI-e 4x and 16x) and the only difference waas like 3fps. 8x+8X is plenty of bandwidth right now.
