Mid Range AM2 Help!

Salutations,
I am building an AM2 machine mainly for BF2. I would like some feedback on these two mobo's.

A. ASUS CROSSHAIR Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD
B. Foxconn C51XEM2AA- 8EKRS2H Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD

My setup so far is
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 FX-62 Windsor 2000MHz HT 2 x 1MB L2
Cooler: Scythe SAMURAI Z SCSMZ-1000 (if needed)
Case: Antec Performance I P180
Sound: X-Fi Platnium
GFX: eVGA 512-P2-N568-AR Geforce 7900GT KO 512MB (DX10 Hold Over)
PSU: FSP Group (Fortron Source) FX700-GLN ATX12V
Memory: Depends on mobo (prob CORSAIR XMS2 2GB DDR2 800) mabey a set of Mushkin as I know Asus are particular.
HDD: Whatevers on sale 10k 100gb and like a 250 7200 for storage(ideas?)

This is my first AMD build so let me know what you think! Any suggestions are welcome except "buy a conroe" as I have already, this rig will be in an apartment that I use on weekends sometime.

LOL, I was wtf is crosshair and why is it twice as much?

Anyway, looks good but why the FX-62? They are still pretty expensive, I'd get the X2 4400+ and OC it to 2.8 at less than 1/3 the cost. I prefer Asus motherboards but have heard good things about the gigibyte am2 boards. If you don't need the front panel for the x-fi get the Xtrememusic. That psu is overkill unless you are going to SLI (even then), get a good 500w to 600w and save some money.

isnt "newb" the noob way of saying n00b. Isn't like nob now or something... whatever.
I am not planning on overclocking thats why i was looking for a faster CPU.
If AM2 is the socket choice for AMD/ATI for the next year or so or is 939 the way to go. If I stick with AM2 is the AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Windsor 2000MHz HT 2 x 1MB a better choice, I cant seem to find any 4400 for AM2. I do like the larger L2.

I do plan on going SLi in the future so if not that PSU then howbout SILVERSTONE SST-ST56ZF ATX12V/ EPS12V 560Watts Power Supply 90V ~ 264V (Auto Range) I plan on buying a high end dx10card(s) when they arrive. The 7950's of dx10.

FYI Crosshair is a name of a mobo from Asus NOT Crossfire a multi gpu solution from ATi.

its cool man i just hate that newb word, I run several CSS and BF2 servers and I see it too much, we were all noobs at one point.

Anyway I appreciate your opinions, you have already saved me almost 400$.

If I had the money, I would most definitely get that Crosshair...I've been looking at it since it came out. Unfortunately, I don't have $250 to spend on just the mobo...
