just to let ya know... I changed my mind from the mushkin's to the OCZ after the review and few other sites about the new ram chips

Mobo will be determined on if you want to SLI or not...

Bought the XBX because it was available and I wanted my X6800 to sit in something NOW!
So far, it's worked great. No install or use issues. Rock solid. Will wait for Conroe to be out a year before I see if I will change to a more OC friendly board. BTW, there's no need to OC on the XBX and X6800. I have to wait in BF2 and CSS for others to spawn now so I have something to shoot at. The stock is a friggin rocket!
