Hello.

I have 2 HDD. So before windows boots I get the black screen with white letters (and a timer) asking which hard drive do I want to boot. Ok, no prob.

But both say "Windows 7" because thats the os I have installed on both. Im wondering if theres a way to change what is said, for example I want the first to say "Main" and the second to say "Bckp", that way I know what HDD im choosing to boot.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

Hmm...Well, I thank you for the link, but I was wondering if someone could explain it to me. I have never done this and I really dont want to screw up my HDD. So far im using 1.3TB of 2TB and if I lose that info I dont know what I will do.

Has anyone ever done this before? Can anyone confirm a true working method?

Thanks.
