Dual-core question?(AMD X2 4200+)

Has anyone here had any experience with these. I am running a single core 3500+ at the moment , but since the price drop on the S939 I can think of no reason no to. I was curious about game performance improvements mainly in Oblivion, which is muli-threaded. Does anyone know. Here is my set-up:
A8N32-SLI deluxe
AMD 3500+ 2.2gb(2.4 OC'd)
EVGA 7900gt SLI
Adata Vitesta ram 2gb
Eneremax liberty 500watt PSU

It should be a worthwhile upgrade, as long as you can spare the money. I don't know if that small performance gain is worth it to you, however its good to futureproof it a bit. Maybe go higher and get a higher level dual core to make it worthwhile
