Odd Question - Wiring Rear channels

Anyone know what tools I would need to run speaker cable under the carpet of a room to reach rear channels on the opposite wall?

My first thought was fish cable, but not sure if its the right tool.

Anyone wire up a room with the wiring completely hidden? I would go with a system that has wireless rear channels, but I like the Cambridge Soundworks Newton theaters.

You could wire along the wall, and coat the wire (or buy wire) to match the color of your walls.
