Windows bios cd rom off

Hello,
I tried to install windows7 to my computer. It didnt work. So we turn off the cd,rom. And now it doesnt do anything... like, when i try to turn it on there is no bios and nothing. I tried my computer with an otherscreen but nothing. Its just simple dark. And the turn on/off button of the internet and the screen is flashing..I have no idea what can be the porblem. Can you help me?
