Windows bios cd rom off

Hello,
I tried to install windows7 to my computer. It didnt work. So we turn off the cd,rom. And now it doesnt do anything... like, when i try to turn it on there is no bios and nothing. I tried my computer with an otherscreen but nothing. Its just simple dark. And the turn on/off button of the internet and the screen is flashing..I have no idea what can be the porblem. Can you help me?

Your computer was working fine before you tried to install Win7?
What error did you get while you were installing Win7?
What do you mean by "turn off the CD-ROM"?
When you turn on the PC does it beep? If so, what is the pattern?
