i have recently installed win xp home on new computer it
crashed now it will start up but before opening a blue
page appears and says windows is starting up again this
continually revolves thus i cannot access wiindows -not on
this computer i have tried safe mode but cannot get it any
advice

Hi

Have you tried 'Last Known Good Configuration' - same screen as the access
to Safe Mode?
