As if only urine samples can be incriminating. . . .
The fact that you use a AMD/Intel processor on a NVIDIA/Intel/ATI/AMD/VIA/ALI chipset with a AMD/NVIDIA graphics card and 2/4/8 gigabytes of Corsair/Crucial/Kingston/Mushkin/OCZ/TwinMos RAM is incriminating enough. Doubly so if any part is watercooled and / or UV reactive. I haven't made up my mind the scoring for dual Raptors.
But then again that's how the other forums piss. . . not here. Here its. . . its. . . um. . . its. . .
It's crap. Complete garbage. I chopped firewood that would make a better case. Next time don't draw the plans up in crayon or at least hire someone other than your 3 year old niece to do them.[/weak attempt to appease dwellman]
Me too. I haven't really tried more, I lift alone and don't like that much weight above me without a spotter. Broke my left growth plate in my wrist and it has been known to give out. Did it once warming up with 225 as I took the bar off the pins it dropped and hit me in the mouth before I could regain control. Chipped my front teeth... pretty embarassing.
One of the guys that works at our gym is 45, weighs about 240, and benched 5 wheels a few weeks ago, RAW. That's awesome! For those that don't know, that is 495Lbs. I told him to at least put a nickel on each side to get 500+ but he just wanted 5 wheels.
He did it the old skool body-builder (flaired elbows, bar touches high on the chest) style too. It looked pretty easy for him even though that's his best ever. I think that's just incredible. He always jokes around with me claiming he a senior citizen. Fcuk me, senior citizen indeed.
There is a guy like that that works out at my gym. It's the college weight room but you can buy a membership to swim/run/lift. He looks like a weekend softball player and puts up 365 with ease. Not near 5 plates but still makes me feel bad when he does 5-6 reps of 365 and is balding and has two grandchildren.
You've got to think of it the other way. I hope I'm still tossing up some weight at that age.
There's another older guy in the gym that's been training for a long time (according to him and from his build, I could agree with it). He trains chest often. He looks to be about 50 now. I spotted him on 285 once. It was rough for him but he made it. I said good job and all. He said thanks and that one of these days he'll get his 3 wheels. :?: I was surprised. For as long as he has claimed that he's trained, he never put up 315. I just don't understand that. I don't get how people don't stand back at some point a realize they're doing something wrong and it's time to change. He should have put up 315 years ago.
If you get a chance to pick it up, the latest MaxPC has a wood PC case as their rig of the month. :? Didn't they tell you they stopped doing that feature?
