I'm looking to buy some Kingston DDR2 memory, my mobo suggests getting either the 667 or the 800. However, the price difference between the two is significant.
Kingston ValueRAM 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model KVR800D2N5K2/1G - OEM
Is around $140
Kingston ValueRAM 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model KVR667D2N5K2/1G - Retail
Is $86
Kingston 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model KVR667D2N5K2/2G - Retail

So my Question is; is the bump-up from 667 to 800 worth the price? Or should i stick with the 2g of ddr2 667?
