Does anyone know if there is a web application that can allow you to
add/remove zones and modify DNS settings via the web (through a webpage)
rather than sitting at the DNS server?

thanks in advance

Maybe you can install Terminal Server on the server, you can find it in
"Add/Remove programs" by the windows software.

after that you can create client disks from you start menu
