Is the amd fx-60 gonna lower in price, and if it does how much is it gonna go down to. Im curious i want to buy one.

And can my mother board handle one.

It certainly needs to - it is completely out of sync with all other 939 pricing. But as it is currently top of the range for 939, I doubt it will as AMD need to keep something over-priced at the top of their performance scale, just as Intel do.

Yes, your motherboard will support it. You may require a BIOS flash first though.

I wouldn't buy an fx series cpu. You'd be better off overclocking your 3200, even if you had to switch motherboards. Mine does 2500 easily on an ecs board.
