server 2003 dns

I have 5 servers, all static IP. One of them is the DNS server. Do I point the others to the DNS server as their primary DNS server, or to our ISP DNS IPs?

If they are in the same AD domain, yes.
For Internet access, set up forwarders on the DNS server.

Just to clarify Danny's answer, if this is Active Directory, do _not_ use
your ISP's DNS in _any_ position on _any_ AD Domain member's TCP/IP
properties.
