Configuration dns Reverse help?

I need configuration to reverse Dns windows 2000 server.

Choose a DNS server (or install one).

Right click on "Reverse Zone" and create the zone you wish
by following the prompts.

If this is for a private address range that might cover it;
if it is for a public address range it is probably not going
to accomplish what you intend -- reverse zones for public
addresses are normally held by the ISPs (or NAPs.)

What sort of messages? Mail messages? Are you saying that other email
systems are refusing your emails because you do not have a reverse PTR entry
for your mail server?
