As you might suspect from the name, this cute--but somewhat
buggy--little mod has nothing whatsoever to do with any Morrowind
theme. I enjoyed it, so I thought I'd review it.

The mod places 9 colorful easter eggs around Seyda Neen for the player
to find. They are scattered in various houses all out in the open,
much like real easter eggs (but more the size of an ostrich egg). It
took me 2-3 real hours to find them all; and I had fun doing so. Any
first level player can collect the pretty eggs. If you get all 9,
there is a reward.

However, the mod is both a bit buggy and if it weren't buggy it would
be tempting to overuse it.

The mod replicates eggs if you find them and reenter an area. I
suspect that somehow this interfered with Lilacore staying around. My
beloved sword dissapeared from his place in Arielle's tavern. The mod
also gives you its reward every time you start the game if you have all
9 eggs in your possession (I did this a number of times trying to
recover Lilacor.) So, sadly, this mod will now be unchecked on my
harddrive and my character will be starting over (it was a brand new
character anyway, so not a great loss).

Still, I enjoyed the hunt. If you want to try the mod, you can find it
at Morrowind Summit:

If you do try it, I recommend doing it with a new level 1 character
created just for that mod or else keeping the egg hunt load/play/unload
in saves completely separate from your ongoing game. This will avoid
the mod messing up other things in Seyda Neen (I think).
