Question Pc does not shut down quickly

Hello all ,

My PC does not shut down in a specified time.
It takes more time to shut down, some times my power backup goes off before PC shuts down when main supply is off.

I too earlier faced the same problem which you are facing, but at last the only solution i got is to call the certified engineer.

I'd ask the experts on here but I had this issue before and I just had too much stuff running in the background. It really depends on what you have going on with your computer. Do a bucnh of things start-up when you turn it on?
