Can DHCP clients in one domain receive IPs from another?

We will be creating another domain in the same physical subnet because we have two businesses. We would like the second domain's users to get their IPs from the first domain's DHCP server. Will this be a problem? I'd like to not have to find out the hard way.

Thanks,
Kevin

No problem at all. Setting a machine to automatically acquiring an IP is
domain transparent. Whichever DHCP server you're going to use just needs to
authorized in it's own domain, then after that it will service any machine.
