I have heard of this happening several times, I could never find the root
cause, but the blank records are Netlogon registrations. If you delete the
record and the workstations continue creating them, check the client
workstations for netlogon.dns and netlogon.dnb files in the
%systemroot%\system32\config directory. Only DCs should have these files and
make Netlogon registrations.
So, if you have workstations with these files delete them, I've not yet had
a workstation recreate the netlogon.dns and netlogon.dnb files after they
were deleted, which is one reason why I haven't found the root cause.
