Here's something ...I have two nics on one system board, wireless and LAN NIC, integrated ..few different types in a very large environment, cicso, intel, dell platforms..when the LAN nic is enabled on any of our devices, my wireless will drop intermittently. If I disable the standard nic from the hardware profile, (XP), the wireless never drops. This is on both docked and non docked Dell 610's and Panasonic T4's. There are plenty of access points, overlap is at about 40%...Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

Thanks,

Jahnese

My wireless always drops a lot, how do you do that disable thing?

To disable the nic card? Just go into the device manager, right mouse click and check disable. Leave the wireless enabled in this profile. I do suggest creating another hardware profile so you may select a profile with the nic enabled, should you need it...especially if you are supporting end users.
