Hi,

I've setup up a second web server inside the firewall and
have firewall point outside ip to internal ip of web
server. I have our outside dns provider put a record for
second web server as http://123.abc.com. I have no
problem accessing this sub domain from outside but I am
not able to access from inside the firewall. I am sure
it's inside dns issue but don't really know where to
look. I am running windows 2000 active directory and dns
server. My dns server is resoving all internal dns and is
foward any names that can't be resolved internally to
outside dns.
Help!!!!

Thank you,

Steve,

In you local DNS server ad a new forward lookup zone named "123.abc.com.",
in that zone create a new host record, leave the name field blank, give it
the internal IP of the webserver.
