I have a question, I have a Dell XPS 4 w/460 Watt Power Supply.

Currently Sitting in my case are the following items:

80MM Antec Fan
4 92MM Dell OEM Case Fans
Sunbeam Reobus Controller
2 CD Roms
250 GIG Hard Drive
3.2GHZ PIV
2 GIG's of Ram
SB Audigy

I currently run a NVidia 6800 GTO 256MB Ram.

I wanted upgrade the video card to the following:

Evga or XFX Nvidia 7950GX2 1 GIG PCI Express Video Card &
BFG Physx 128MB PCI Card.

1 can the power supply handle it ?
2 am i going to be looking at more heat than i currently have with those cards?
