Two domains (W03 and NT) in the same subnet

I want to setup a Windows 2003 domain within the same Ip
subnet as my exisitng NT domain. Eventually my NT domain
will disappear into the Windows 2003 domain/tree but I
cannot merge or upgrade directly because there will be
both a domain and Ou change (Exchange 5.5 to Exchange
2003)and there are some legacy applications running NT
that we will need for a while longer.

How do I go about settings DNS for the Windows 2003
domain. Currently the NT domain does not use it own DNS
server but I have two WINS servers.

Any suggestions or references to materials?

The situation you describe appears complicated to you because of the
two domains, but in reality the NT domain isn't relevant if you're not
going to use DNS for it anyway. Simply set up your DNS as you would
if it were a brand new server and domain. The documentation covers
how to do this, if you get stuck, ask for help.
