Is an ABIT nf7-s ATX12V 2.01 compliant?

A psu just went out on a friend's computer running a cheap Gigabyte computer, and I need to order a new PSU, but the standard has changed on me, and i need to know what is what? I could upgrade my psu and give him a very good Coolmaster 450W from my 2nd computer, but is an ABIT nf7-s ATX12V 2.01 compliant? What does that mean, anyway, ATX12V 2.01 compliant?

Too late... I ordered a 450W Coolmax yesterday to put it into my friend's computer.... too bad, though, for I like to jump on upgrade opportunities... he would have been very happy with one of my old PSUs and I could have swapped them out...

Of course newegg used to let you send the parcel back and they would refund you the entire order amount... I could still swap out the PSU with my old one and just order a newer one...
