What are peoples feelings on DDR3?

Simply put, is DDR3 going to be a quantum leep over DDR2 or is it meerly going to be what DDR2 was to DDR and nothing all that innovative?

So would it be worth waiting for DDR3?

Question 1: Yes with lower voltages and better timings

Question 2: Considering we are looking at late 07/08 for a release, no.
