Basically, Im buying a new computer, and for almost identical price I can get an E6700 with a 7900GT or an E6600 with a 7900GTX. What do people think I shold get?

The rest of the specs are:
2Gb PC 5300 DDR2-667
ASUS P5N SLI motherboard
500W PSU
320GB Hard drive

Oh and I (pretty obviously) want it for games, but I usually run at a resolution 1024*768, and dont play a lot of FPS's so most of the games I want to play wont be hugely shader intensive (although some are fairly).

Save money and get an E6600 and a 7900GT, or save even more money and get an E6600 and an X1800XT.
