Which would be better performance wise?? (Intel Conroe system.)

Both 2GB.

DDR2-667 with 4-4-4-12 timings for $180?

DDR2-800 with 5-5-5-12 timings for $177?

Toss up.. I would go for the 6400 just because they spec it for running that fast. It would probably do 667 @ 4-4-4-12 and the 4-4-4-12 @ 667 would probably do 5-5-5-12.

The cheaper one in this case is probably the way to go :)

I'd go for the CAS4 personally.

Go with the DDR2-800.

In this article, you'll see that running async. isn't ideal(especially at 667), but running at 800MHz helps nullify the overhead issues. In other words, running at 800 or 533 seems to be better than 667. GL :)
