multi locked?

I read somewhere that on the Nforc4 MB the multiplyer was locked?...which one?? what are they talkin about??!! or am i wrong?!?!! this was for a 939 socket.

all CPUs are locked upwards exept the extreme editions released by AMD and Intel.

e.g the whole FX - 5X range and the FX-6X range.

you can lower the multiplier on them still...
