Same case other than the front panel look, access to the front 3.5" drive bay, and the "high performance" case has a top 3.5" hot swap dock built in (the black square on the top of the case in the picture). Newegg sells the black versions of these cases for $39 and $49 right now so the white versions should be about the same unless they market them as "Limited Snow Edition" or some nonsense and decide to tack on an extra $20 for no reason.

The basic case doesn't do much at the $39 price point in comparison to the NZXT Gamma. The $49 case is a much better deal with the hot swap dock built in as long as you don't mind the look of the front panel.
