MOBO powers off after a few seconds Help!

M2N32-SLI Deluxe/Wireless Edition MOBO with 2 sticks of 1gb corsair. AM2 board with an AMDx2 4600.

power on all fans on, then cpu power down, or MOBO shut off. standby light still on mobo after power off.

any help would be great. thanks

i had this prob wit was thay my gfx card wasnt in the slot right, try that out

When you reseated the card did it work? I tried that and im getting nothing.

yer it did work, it did the same thing urs is doin and when i re-seated the card all was good
