I can see spamming comments control, but not making you wait 5 minutes to post a comment.

I like to watch a lot of videos and comment on them most of the time, but youtube's comment filter is a bit messy and not lenient at all.



I would like to voice my opinion on this but I'm not sure where to go.

Any advice is welcome.

Most videos on youtube are under 5 minutes.

P.S. Some people actually have something to do and don't want to wait 5 minutes to post a comment. Can't say the same for a lot of people posting in here.
