IRQ 11 maby problam

Nope ... that shouldn't be a problem. The only device that CAN comfortably share an IRQ with a GeForce card is the IRQ holder for PCI steering.

Make sure that you have installed:

The latest mainboard/chipset drivers,
Video card drivers,
DirectX 8.0a,
Any patches needed for your version of Windows, especially those pertaining to the AGP port,
Set the AGP aperture in your BIOS to half the size of your physically installed RAM,
Make sure that this is not a heat-related issue,
Run a memory diagnostic program to check your RAM,
Make sure that your PSU is "up-to-spec",
Download and install the latest patches for all your games,
Update the drivers for your sound card,
