Liquid cooling system:
The best liquid cooling is DIY. I will help you put one together if you would like but I would never use a kit.
Stacker 831:
The Stacker 832 is SLi certified and has better airflow. It is a much better choice.
CPU:
You can not buy an overclocked CPU. The overclocked settings are stored in the motherboard's BIOS and not the actual CPU.
Heatsink:
Why do you need an HSF if you are liquid cooled? The Tuniq Tower and Noctua NH-U12F are two of the best CPU Coolers available. That Intel one is not even close to the same level as them.
HDD:
Ditch the 500GB and grab another Raptor and put them in RAID1.
PSU:
You have no need for a 1100W PSU. Not even close.
Video Crad:
Excellent.

I do smell something fishy though...
