Unwanted toolbar

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics (More info?)

Recently had hotsearchtoolbar.com toolbar installed on my computer. I
can't find it anywhere to uninstall it. Ad-aware isn't working, nor
any other anti- spyware programs. Need some help
