E6600 or E6400 for $100 diff. in price? What do you think!!!

I can't decide between E6600 or E6400, for $100 diff. will E6600 really give a notable speed increase over E6400? (I know E6600 has 4M Cach, will that really help a lot?)

I just want to use my money wisely. which will give us the best cost/performance?

anandtech has an article on 2M vs 4M cache. Overall average for all bechmarks is a paltry 3% max is 10% dor DivX encoding. That article recommends 2M for near future but 4M if this will be your system for severla years (I guess future-proofing you)
