Hello,

I've got the cable-modem on the first floor, on the second
floor are 2 computer, connected via a 10mbit hub.

I don't want a cable to be between the 1st and the second
floor, so I'm considering purchasing a wireless router/gateway.

Now I understand I can put this device on the 1st floor,
next to my cable-modem, add a wireless network card to
one computer (the other will be connected over the hub).

But what I'd like is to use the 100mbit router on the
second floor - but how to make the (wireless) connection
with the cable-modem on the 1st floor? What hardware do
I need for that? A second router/gateway? It would be
nice if I could just plugin a wireless pci-network-card
into the cable-modem but obviously that doesn't work..

Thanks in Advance

Regards,
Roger
