It probably will be compatible because the socket is still AM2.
But the problem is that it´s a micro ATX motherboard. And it has an integrated GPU. If you want a good mobo find one that is ATX and has no integrated video, even if you buy a cheap video card it will probably be better than the integrated one. And with the integrated video you´ll share your RAM so you´ll have to install extra RAM.

.... Yes, it does have integrated graphics and also has a pci-express x16...
and if i use a 7900gt, it wont share the memory.

and what's wrong with mATX mobos... there fine.

This is a high quality board. Ok, you don't like integrated graphics, but they are handy if your videocard fails or you want to test. mATX boards are "missing" 3 inches off the bottom of an ATX. The integrated (and FREE) 6150 graphics will run Vista Aeroglass. Why is this board a problem?
Oh, and to adrenalin: AMD tends to have any cpu that fits in the socket work. Intel makes you find out which chips are supported and which are not. Unless AMD goes goofy, socket AM2 chips regardless of process size will work.

Thats a crappy board, I wouldnt buy that piece of junk.
All AM2 boards will support 65nm and quad core.

Actually its a very nice board. It has all the features you could want and its mATX. If you don't like integrated graphics just add your own card and turn the 6150 off in the BIOS.
