Is OS on HP 5555 PPC Microsoft Pocket PC 2003?

I'm trying to help someone upgrade the ROM on their HP 5555 PPC. The
ROM patch says that it requires Microsoft Pocket PC 2003. I'm having
trouble knowing for certain exactly what OS and version is on the HP
5555 PPC. The best that I can find is "Microsoft Pocket PC v4.20.1081
(build 13100) (C) 1996-2003", from "Settings"->"System". Does this
mean it's not running MS PPC 2003?
