Best is very subjective. What type of programs do you run? Do you care if you need to upgrade the power supply? How much are you willing to spend? Do you have a preference for AMD or NVIDIA? How many monitors do you want to connect?My lenovo thinkcentre A58 model 7705RN5
Intel® Core 2 Quad Processor Q8400
4GB PC2-6400 DDR2 SDRAM DIMM 240pin
320GB HD space
intergated graphic and sound
graphic = Intel GMA X4500
OS = windows 7 professional
Don't wish to upgrade the power supply. I am willing to spend on a good graphic card which my system can support must be a low profile design and hope to play the most recent game in the market. I don't have a preference for AMD or NVIDIA. I only wish to connect 1 monitor but maybe the next time will be 2 monitors.

It is likely that you will not be able to put a very powerful graphics card in that PC without upgrading the power supply, but when you post the watts of the current one we will know for sure.

1 x PCIe 16x graphic card slot
280-watt auto-sensing power supply
Is that anything else you need to know?
Thanks. =)
