Dear All,

I have problem in monitoring the catrigde usage for each color
catrigdes since I'm using refill catrigdes.

Does anyone has suggestion how to monitor the usage of each catrigde?

Thanks

HP know how much toner they put in their original cartridges but they
don't know how much the refillers put in theirs, not the formulation of
it. Therefore the usage monitoring in the printer doesn't work with
refills. EIther use originals or measure them in some physical way (e.g.
weigh them before and after).

Robert-

Whoever refilled the cartridge forgot to reset the chip. Take it back.
