Every 2 hours there is an eventlog 5781 from source NETLOGON, saying that the
dynamic registration fails, because the DNS-Servers aren´t available.

One NIC is configured with 2 DNS-Servers, which are connected by a 128kbps
permanent connection.

The other NIC is connected to a non-windows network with a PLC systems
(supervising and controlling of energie utility). The IP configuration does
not have entries for DNS servers.

What can we do to avoid this problem?

It depends on what is causing the problem, is the domain a single-label DNS
name?
Is the DC using only the DNS server for the AD domain?
Please post an ipconfig /all from the DC.
