My screen is sideways windows 7

I connected my computer to the TV screen so my brother can see what I'm doing, when my mom comes up and tells me to get off the computer. I argue with her and then she starts pressing "Ctrl, Alt, Delete" for all she's worth. Somehow it flipped my computer screen SIDEWAYS!! :fou: I figured out that if I disconnect my computer from the TV it goes back to normal. But I want to be able to connect it to the TV in the future so I can watch Netflix on movie night, ect.
WHAT DO I DO??
