Recurring Event ID: 5504

I have a couple Win2k DNS servers behind a CheckPoint Firewall. From time to
time, I get hundreds of 5504 warnings, and email starts bouncing with the
following message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

helpdesk@cruzio.com on 2/22/2005 5:36 PM
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient
moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the
address. Check the address and try again.
<mail.nspiredfoods.com #5.1.8 smtp;553 5.1.8
<jpeterson@nspiredfoods.com>... Domain of sender address
jpeterson@nspiredfoods.com does not exist>

Restarting the DNS service clears it up, but this is only a temporary fix.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Since restarting DNS clears it up, I suspect cache polution, restarting DNS
clears it cache.
1. Open DNS Management Console by clicking Start, Programs,
Adminstrative Tools, DNS.
2. Right click on the server name in the left window pane.
3. Choose Properties.
4. Choose the Advanced tab.
5. Place a check in the box "Secure cache against pollution".
